SYCA's General Management is ultimately responsible for the development and implementation of its Quality Management System (QMS) and for its continuous improvement. To achieve this:

Communicates to all collaborators, through established channels, the needs to establish, determine and meet the expectations of our customers, such as providing excellent service and meeting established response times. Develops policy and objectives that are realistic, measurable, and consistent with the context of the organization and the needs of stakeholders and ensures that they are communicated, understood and implemented within the organization.

Ensures the integration of the Quality Management System requirements with business processes and with the strategy of maintaining agile, standardized and automated processes through innovation and technological tools. Allocates the necessary resources to implement the QMS and periodically reviews it to verify its proper functioning. Constantly trains and evaluates coworkers. Ensures internal and external communication with customers, to together create integrated solutions through constant team back. Promotes awareness of the process-based approach. Promotes continuous improvement and application of best practices. Ensures that the QMS achieves the intended results by engaging, leading and supporting people. Supports other relevant General Management roles to demonstrate leadership as applied to their areas of responsibility.
